UHF Airborne Antenna
380 MHz to 480 MHz
The 21-30-66 is an externally mounted airborne stub antenna operating over the UHF frequency band of 380-480 MHZ
A fiberglass rod with an internal element is fitted into a glass loaded thermoplastic housing which contains foamed-in place matching circuits capable of handling up to 50 Watts power. An aluminum base plate provides ground plane connection to airframe and carries a TNC female coaxial connector.
The method of construction provides protection from severe environmental conditions including high vibration, shock and temperature variations.
