The AIRKIT is a ground independent fiberglass dipole antenna with 3.6m cable and a BNC connector.  The AIRKIT is a popular air band antenna that can be mounted almost anywhere with excellent results. The Airkit is available with many different cable lengths, patch leads and frequencies including UHF CB - please ask ! The Airkit is coated with Black polyolefin and is available in also in White, RED, GREEN, BLUE or YELLOW. The Airkit top section is a 1/4 wave 7mm thick 515mm long broadband antenna tuned to the center of the band i.e.: 124MHz The Airkit bottom section is a rubber ducky antenna 260mm long when tuned to the center of the band.

Notes:

• Very broadband - Receives 118MHz to 136MHz, and for transmitting covers almost 5MHz 121.5MHz to 126MHz.
• No need to tune - no SWR meter needed - Also available for any other part on the airband e.g. 127MHz
• Note: When mounting this antenna on a king post, It should be 300mm away from the post to get the best results.
• Ground Independent - no need to tune - no need to earth - works anywhere.
