The S474B is a stainless steel UHF collinear antenna with a broad bandwidth from 468MHz to 482MHz. The S474B works best when mounted onto a bracket that is as close to the surface of the ground plane as possible such as the BMB mount. 

Note: You can NOT use a spring base or Z bracket with this antenna, use the BMB base for the best performance and SWR!
